Booking Conditions
On receipt of your deposit the booking will be confirmed and cancellation charges will then apply.
Bookings can be made either in person, by post, email, telephone or fax. Please note that all of the afore-mentioned constitute a firm booking. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all details are correct both at the time of booking and on receipt of the confirmation. Kallisto Holidays must be notified immediately if any details are incorrect. Any failure to do so may incur charges.
On receipt of your deposit Kallisto Holidays will reserve your accommodation and confirm all details either by post or via email. The minimum deposit acceptable is 10% of the total holiday cost providing the booking is made at least 10 weeks prior to departure. Any bookings made after this date must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer directly to our account, details of which will be made available when necessary.
Should cancellation by yourself or any of your party be necessary cancellation charges will apply, these charges are calculated from the date of cancellation notification which must be in writing.
Cancellation charge (as percentage of holiday total):
90 days + Deposit
45 – 90 days 30%
29 – 44 days 50%
16 – 28 days 75%
1 – 15 days 100%
If the Company makes changes or cancels your booking.
If the company has to cancel the accommodation arrangements you have booked you may either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative accommodation of comparable standard. In all cases, except where the change is due to force majeure, the company will pay compensation as detailed below.
Force majeure relates to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Kallisto Holidays. I.e. war, riot, adverse weather conditions etc.

The accommodation reserved by you and your party may only be used by those featured on the booking and all rules and regulations pertinent to the property must be adhered to. No items, fixtures or fittings may be removed from the property at any time. You are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any items damaged during your stay, this includes lost keys.
On departure day the accommodation must be vacated by 12:00 hours if a hotel or 10:00 if self catering. Where you are not travelling until later in the evening Kallisto Holidays will endeavour to provide a luggage storage facility and somewhere to freshen up.
Under Package Travel Regulations all guests are required to have valid holiday insurance.
Please be aware that these conditions are applicable to all holidays offered by Kallisto Holidays. We reserve the right for whatever reason to refuse a booking from a client.
