These brand new, family-run studios and apartments combine wonderful views with luxurious accommodation and a peaceful, yet convenient location from which to explore Kythira.

Location

On the outskirts of the village, up a gently climbing slope just 4 minutes walk from the beach, and a further 3 minutes from the centre of Agia Pelagia with its cafes, shops and restaurants these apartments are perfectly situated for making the most of all the village has to offer.

For the more adventurous: numerous pathways leading to ruined castles, hidden churches and tiny hamlets are also easily accessible on foot from the Zathea apartments.

The spacious studios and apartments have been thoughtfully designed and decorated in a modern style yet with functionality in mind. The delightful balconies all offer spectacular views over the village and north-eastern coastline of the island whilst the rooms themselves are light and airy.

The studios are for 2 people, the apartments, constructed in a split level maisonette style, for up to 4. All feature double beds, plenty of wardrobe storage and satellite television. There is even internet access should you require it!

The kitchenettes in the studios and one of the apartments have mini ovens, a kettle and a toaster, whilst the other apartment has a full oven.
